speedometerjons69 11-25-2002, 06:13 PM Just a couple days ago I installed a new carb in my car. Went and test drove it and noticed my speedometer doing weird things. The needle would bounce back and forth, from o mph and even past 120 mph. It also seems to be making a noise, from the speedometer itself. Anybody know whats wrong? Erik 11-25-2002, 07:25 PM A little lube in the speedo cable housing might fix things for ya. I'm not positive, but I think there's a special lube that you're supposed to use.
