Hard engaging gears=Clutch Adjustment?

i've got a 98ls1, and when i picked it up all the gears were smooth and easy to get it, but it seems they are getting progressively harder to engage and the clutch pedal seems to be getting softer. I haven't driven it that hard or that much since i picked it up, maybe 200miles. Is there an adjustment or does this mean i need a new clutch? Pedal engages near the bottom and the clutch grabs real hard, no signs of slipping.
