I want some LS info

I would like to know how to run a distributor on a LS, sheet metal carbed intake.

What would be the best base for this engine?

Also does anyone have info on how do the dist. thing? I know it can be done! I have seen it

Also what else to look for etc.

I want some technical info on how to do this before I waste a bunch of time

GMPP sells a front dist drive and there are a number of places to get a carbed intake.

What should I start out with? truck engine 6.0L or buy the gmpp block and start from there?

Depending on what you intend to do, there's nothing wrong with the truck block at all (other than it's heavier than the aluminum blocks:p ), and it's cheaper too!
