Re-installing stock stereo, now won't turn on.

Putting the stock deck back in my 94 Z28, its the cd player that says Delco Loc II.

Put it all back in, turned ignition key on and the stereo will not turn on at all. It's getting power because I can insert and remove cd's, and if I turn the lights on the little buttons will light up also, just the display will not show anything and no sound will play. Deck worked fine before it was removed. The display does not show LOC or anything so I dont really think its the security feature.

Any ideas?

What was in while the stock unit was removed? Was any modification done to the harness wires/etc?

Where was the unit stored when it wasn't in use?

If I remember all this correctly:
Removed it a couple months ago and put in an Eclipse deck. No modifications to stock harness as it was, I just wired up a harness to the Eclipse deck and plugged it in. Stored the stock deck in the Eclipse box in my closet.
Eclipse deck working fine, removing because I'm going to see what I can get on a trade in on the Camaro and plan on using the Eclipse deck elsewhere.
