I originally had some small straight thru muffs on my TD setup..but wife said it was too loud for her to drive..said she was embarassed to pull up at work in it :D
I didn't like the dual in-out muffs as that would cause me to make some extra piping to loop back to the passenger side...so I figured out a way to do it with 2 full size muffs..Hooker Aero-chambers in this case..the pass side is a Vette C5 muff.
I welded the two together and made some hangers for the stock rubber hangers to fit in.
It's actually alot quiter..but still louder than the stock cam with the straight thru muffs.
Here's some pics..it added about 10-12 lbs over the previous setup, but if the wife's happy, thats cool..
And a sound clip. http://hometown.aol.com/onebadwskier/images/95TA-aero-soundclip.mpg
