So, on the GMMG website, it says it fits 1982 and up fbodies. What is the possibility that I can adapt one on my 1970 camaro when it is ready? I just love the sound so much I want to try to make it work.

just buy a pair of stainless works chambers and weld them to the exhaust.

Well, I will have to get a whole new (full) exhaust system anyways because I will be swapping engines (Inline 6 --> V8). Are you suggesting the Stainless Works becuase of the cost of GMMG, or the difficulty of what I am asking? I do like Stainless works though, pretty good.

yes im suggesting this b/c u could make ur full true dual exhaust for less than the price of a GMMG system. Besides the system is completley different.

Stainless works may already make an exhuast for a 2nd gen but im not 100% ill get back to u on that.

EDIT: stainless works does offer exhaust for 2nd gens. Theres no real info on them so u would prolly have to call them and find out.

Either way if u want the "chambered" settup u are better off buying a pair of chambers and making a full custom exhaust with chambers in the I-pipes.

just a hint the longer the chamber the "quieter"

I think you're right, I'll do custom, I like it LOUD. The Stainless works system for the 2nd gen actually costs more than GMMG, but I'd probably pay a lot more adapting the GMMG. I'll have no cats and short chambers then.

Build one from scratch using the stainless works chambers. I would be a shame to spend soo much on a system then just have to cut it up.

Just go to a shop and get a system put on. I got the duals on my 70 for under $200.
