Best plugs and wires?

Suggestions as to what the best plugs and wires are for a 94 Z28? MSD for wires comes to mind, any objections? No idea on spark plugs...lots of technology there, but does it make a difference?

You won't see any power gains from plugs. As for a good brand, alot of people run NGKs, that is what I use. As for wires, there are a few options as well, Delcos, Taylors, MSDs.
