headers and stock Ypipe?pyro719 04-03-2007, 09:34 PM Anyone know who makes the best headers that fit the stock ypipe? zx1216 04-03-2007, 10:00 PM look into slp maybe, not really sure if that uses the stock y-pipe even, personally i wouldn't bother and go with long tubes but if you have emissions they might not be the best for you... pyro719 04-03-2007, 10:21 PM I dont have emissions but I need to keep the o2 sesors. 2000GTP 04-03-2007, 10:22 PM I dont have emissions but I need to keep the o2 sesors. Long tube header have provisions for the front O2 sensors. pyro719 04-03-2007, 11:31 PM You are the man 2000gtp! You have all the answers! Injuneer 04-04-2007, 12:03 AM All emissions equipped headers will include the front (pre-cat) O2 sensors. You don't need to keep the stock Y-pipe. You can easilly add them to non-emissions headers. In fact, only the passenger side O2 sensor is on the stock Y-pipe. The driver's side sensor is in the base of the stock exhaust manifold. convertz 04-04-2007, 12:35 AM All emissions equipped headers will include the front (pre-cat) O2 sensors.
