Moving to Pontiac, MI..have???

I gotta live within 20 minutes of the Pontiac airport. Anyone know of a good place i can rent or be roomates with? Ill give details about me and stuff if anyone knows anyone renting a room. I can afford $400 a month, and a deposit but dont have the money to have my own place to furnish and all that good stuff.

I would advise NOT moving to pontiac. Auburn Hills is a better choice.

Therre are many apartments in Waterford that would be close enough.

Auburn Hills is within 20minutes....that was my place of choice anyways. I just have to work at the Pontiac airport. If you guys know of anyone renting a room please let me know.

Try www.craigslist.org and look for shared housing in the area.

Also may want to look into Waterford, Bloomfield Hills, or Clarkston areas.

I live in waterford about 3 miles from pontiac airport. there are tons of good area's all the way around the air port.
waterford, whitelake, west bloomfield, white lake, clarkston. shouldnt be too hard to find a decent place not too far from there.
what do you do for the airport? just curious.
hit me up when you get out here, woodward isnt far for cruising action, and id like to see about getting M59 fired up again as a good cruise spot.

Chris, sorry its been awhile since i check this post...i live in a house on Frembes right now that pretty much sucks. If thats your car in your avitar then i think i might have seen you crusin around....i dont have a camaro here some im pretty jealous. Either way im a pilot for IFL group....i fly one of those really big twin engine cargo planes. Love flying it but its really ugly....like dating a fat chick....you know im getting some but its not pretty. Either way...im gonna be down in florida for a month starting next week...where do you normally hang out?

thats the thing, dont think there are any hangouts in the area so to speak. would like to get some people together to hang out on M59 again. but as I said way back then, woodward is only about 15 min.s away and there's TONS of cars there every weekend.

you got a car back where you came from, or did you sell them to relocate? you could always buy my car (yes, the one in the sig) :)

That boomers bar or whatever right by the airport has some badass cars every tuesday night i bellieve....not to shabby but your right about woodward....holly **** that place is full of nice muscle. I would love to buy another f-body but i dont have the money for it. I do still have one iroc in my sig..the 386 stroker car but its in Illinois at my parents house. Where on woodward to you go? I normally head over to that Irish pud on the east side at 13 mile.

only gotten down there a few times this year, and havent hung out really. usually around the 15mile area.

I didnt know boomers had cars go up there on tuesdays? have to try and remember that next tuesday. gonna try and get out on woodward sat evening this week cause its my bday week and I get a "day of Chris" lol. def. already got alot of activities lined up thanks to my wife. you wanna meet up if I do go sat. night? no idea who else will come out. but Im thinking of calling a few bud's and seeing if we can get together out there.

Would love to but im gonna be out of town for work...not exactly sure when ill be back either...kinda sucks. Gotta head down to Miami, which is a hell hole to me. I hate it there but the money is so much better when i tdy somewhere. Either way, keep in touch and check out boomers on the north side of 59 right by murrys auto parts by the airport on a tuesday or wednesday night. This week it kicked a$$.

I know that bar cause they have a bike show every thursday that i been meaning to get to and never have yet. today I actually remembered, but we had other stuff planed. I work late on thursdays, so it just never works out even though Im only 5 min.s from that place. ohwell.
