Tranny woes.. or normal? T56 LS1 (VIDEO)

I posted this on the LS1 board, but checking around I might get better bites out here.

I bought my car a few weeks ago.. basically, when I'm giving it anything past 30% throttle or so, I hear a "claking". It sounds like something t/o bearing-ish, or something just moving around/banging against the shifter. Kind of like a marble rolling around, but a CONSTANT noise. Only happens when getting on it.

I noticed today the clutch fluid was EMPTY. I refilled it and things seem to be working alright.. Where is the slave cylinder located, so I can see if its leaking at all? I've noticed, when pushing the clutch pedal in (works fine from what I can tell.. I can smoothly transition between all the gears) about 75% of it is firm, but the last 25% is kind of loose.. like its just sitting there. Stock clutch I'm assuming, 65k~ miles.

I've recently changed the tranny mount to a poly one, which I'm assuming explains the following.. but better check just in case: When putting the car into gear, with the clutch in, I feel the car shift into that gear.. I feel it in the entire car. Its not a klunk or anything, but its noticable.

Thanks in advance guys.. hopefully all these things are in my head/common things.. better safe than sorry, though.
