I have a 97z with intrax 2" drop springs/bmr relocation brackets/lakewood adjustable panhard rod/decently sticky street tires. car is around 300 rwhp
I was wondering if I would gain anything on the street with an adjustable torque arm? I don't really race the car and never take it to the track so just wondering if it would make a noticeable difference for the $. Would a lowered car benefit from an adjustable one more than stock height? I was thinking this would help correct some suspension geometry. post experiences after changing to adj yorque arm especially if lowered. thanks

My car is at stock ride height but I didn't notice a huge difference at all with the torque arm. Granted it does "bite" a little harder, better tires would be the best traction mod.

Tires are the best traction mod but the adjustable torque arm helps. I noticed the biggest improvement on the shifts. The car used to step out sideways on shifts and afterwards it just plants nicely.
If you lowered your car, you need LCA relocation brackets first and foremost. 65.00/set :)

Install is pretty much a breeze. Having a second person does help though, especially if you have the crossmember mounted style torque arm with the driveshaft safety loop, it can get quite heavy.

You can order the LCA brackets off our web site. They are made by Spohn and sell for 65.00/set!

when i first put my 295/30/18 Drag Radials on my car it would wheel hop hard 1/2 and 2/3. With the spohn adj. Tq arm there is NO wheel hop at all. The car leaves alot nicer too. Deffinitly worth the money IMO

Now, I have baaaaaad wheel spin. Wheel hop not so much at all. Will this still help out for that? I guess it's supposed to plant the rear down harder to elimate hop and spin, right?

Yes, an adjustable torque arm allows you to dial in some negative pinion angle to plant the rear end down harder.

Because of the angle, will that raise the back end up?

No it will not raise the rear end. We are talking 1-2 degrees negative.
