how long did it take

how long did it take for you guys to get your umi torque arm after you ordered it ? i ordered mine on 2-14-07 and i havent got an email saying it was sent or anything . i was just wondering if it should be taking this long ?

ive ordered stuff from umi and it takes maybe a week......id say that it is possibly on backorder?.......the best way to find out is to call them...i know that their customer service is top notch.....never had a problem with em. call....or go on their website and e mail em.

Yeah, I'd give them a call. Sometimes companies get backordered on stuff, it happens. Only way of knowing is to give them a call. I've always heard good things about Umi so I'm sure they will be more then willing to assist you over the phone.

I ordered a torque arm the last week of January and it arrived last wednesday(3-7). I called them a few times and they are just really busy this time of year. Ive ordered from them before and it usually arrived within a week.
