Can't Tell LS6

Hey guys I have been looking online all day and at my damn car for about 45min and can't tell if i have a Damn LS6 block or not( I know, I know it doesn't have more power). I seen the pic on ls1.com and am not able to finagle a flippin mirror deep enough back behind the block to see.

I hear you can do the bulls eye method behind the belt tensioner but I don't know what im realy looking for there( does any one have a pic). But even then the site says to truly tell you need to see behind the head.

An extension mirror makes it easier to read the PN. The "bullseye" or lack of one for the LS6, is on the block, right behind the tstat housing, facing the hood. Sorry, don't have a pic but remember seeing one somewhere.

That's the bullseye indicating it's an LS1, NOT an LS6 ;). That's my '02, and my $.02 :D.

Cool beans man, thanks a lot. I don't have the Ls6 block then. No better bay to bay breathing for me....LOL what ever the hell that realy means.l
