Cold Air Scoop Question

im thinking about making my own and was wondering the dimensions of any of the ones commercialy for sale. if you know the width height and depth and angle from the scoop p to the box it would help me out a lot

don't know demensions but it is a ventury (if thats the right way to spell it) scoop, which means the bottom is skinnier than the top. It is this was to allow it to speed up the air flow to the filter

A venturi is what it used in a carb to create a partial vacuum. It is a given size that necks down and opens back up.

As far as I've seen, none of the ram air kits for an LS1 does this. What would be the point? They don't need to create a vacuum. The chin breathing RA kits are just a rectangular bent duct of sheet metal because thats the shape and size it needed to be to fit.

thats funny because my SLP scoop is smaller at the bottom and larger at the top....hmmmmm
