I have a spohn tq arm, and was trying to adjust pinion angle on it today. Ive been told that a good compromise is about -2 degrees. Now, I have the angle finder that came with the tq arm. Where do I put it to find out the angle? Do I just put it on the mounting of the tq arm to the rear end? Or on the pinion itself? Just wondering.
Thanks.

It's hard to mount it on the pinion. The torque arm mount should be in the same plane as the pinion.
Mount it on the torque arm mount and get an angle. Mount it on the driveshaft and get an angle. The difference will be the pinion angle.
The pinion should be slightly down in relation to the driveshaft so that when under hard accelleration, the diff rotating upward will bring the pinion and driveshaft to very close to zero degrees.
