What's the difference. Based on pictures/prices of both setups they both look to be about the same and I'm not sure which I should get. FWIW I can get a Sport line kit used for $150
EDIT: ALSO, my car has 113k miles on it. Am I going to regret it If I don't upgrade my shocks while I'm in there?

The Sportline kits are just too low for daily drivers. We would recommend you stay with the Pro kit or order the Strano Springs we sell. They were developed by the SCCA champion :)

Sportlines are the same spring rates as the prokit, just lower. What this means is that they have too little spring rate for the height (or the lack there of in this case) and you start ridding the bump stops.
Eibach also has settling issues. They tend to set lower in the rear. Get different springs.

You're over due for new shocks. I had a stock shock start leaking at 45K miles. Shocks and springs work together as a system; you want the correct shock for the spring you choose. Talk to Sam Strano, he can recommend a combination for your driving style and budget.

I'm thinking I'll just go with the prokit, sportlines may be too low.
