guys i plan on doint a nx wet 100 shot. I am going to run a window switch and wot switch. I plan on getting a better fuel pump. My question is what else do i need to do to run safely on the lt1 motor. Mods are in sig. My miles are 70k on a 93.

One step colder, copper conductor plugs are another good bet. Depending how high you go down the road, a means of retarding the timing wouldn't be a bad idea either. With the Mallory 685 ignition box, there is both a built-in window switch and timing retard function. Also, a fuel pressure safety switch is a very important piece to add as well. Some other things to consider down the road would be a bottle heater, blowdown tube to stay track legal, and a purge valve. You might want to check the "sticky" in the nitrous forum, it goes over all this good stuff.

Whatever platform you have, whether it be LT1, LS1, or something else, the safety basics are generally the same: fuel pressure safety switch, colder plugs, window switch, WOT switch, ect.

Why shouldn't it be moved? Nitrous is covered on the "N2O Tech" forum, and there are a couple of really active vendors that will help answer your questions accurately and quickly. And, there is a lot of info on the forum already, addressing your specific questions.
Moving...........

atleast get a fuel pressure safety switch
tr6 plugs
a digital 6 to retard your timing (if you haven't had your pcm tuned before you might be fine, if you have, you def need this. Some people have gotten away with < 100 shots without retarding timing on the stock tune.... better safe then sorry in my opinion).
fuel pump
Ideal setup: Bottle warmer with pressure switch.
purge kit
remote nitrous pressure gauge (depending where you mount your bottle)
blow down tube
nitrous filter
possibly a progressive nitrous controller if you really want to get into tuning your nitrous (usually used with the big shots of nitrous, but can be just as benificial with lower shots).
and eventually down the road you are going to need:
clutch
rear end
