Has anyone ever installed '91-'92 gfx on a '87ish camaro???

I have a '91Z that I clobbered a deer with earlier this year and I would like to put them on my '87 Camaro LT, but not sure how.

The gfx brackets are welded on my '91Z, so I'm wondering what I can or should do.

Thanks for the help.... :)

Yes you can. I just did it. All you gotta do is inlongate most of the bolt holes.

putting a new front clip on is basically a direct swap. the hardest part will be actually doing the swap because of all the little clips and all. i would set aside a good weekend to do it in. that way you have plenty of time to do it. just make sure the clip you are getting is from a car with gfx's if yours has them. if not then make sure it didnt have them. the difference is the bottom part of the grill area. my 87 didnt have them and it was different than the irocs and z's that did have them.

Its been awhile since I've had a chance to browse the board again. I think I've figured out what I'm gonna do. :)
