Caprice vs GTO (Video)

This my car at the end of summer. GTO/Mustang track rental. Car sixty 1.65 all day. Since then I have added the following parts for 2007.

Pro Edge
Anti-Roll Bar
Ported Intake (Lloyd Elliot)

Yeah the car has run 11.82

Here's another video of it starting out as a stock Caprice 9c1 with Dynomax Ultra Flow cat back, 1.6 comp cam rr, Hoosier QTP's and QA1 suspension to the current 355 6 inch rod setup.

The later videos are at a track rental - first run he lets off on the big end because he's racing his son's Crown Vic

2nd video (later) he's taking his daughter on a run

3rd video (later) he's again racing his son giving him a big lead.

i believe it. my average run is 12.0@117, but my best is 11.87@118. just happened to hook up better that one run.

Problem is that suspension is so under rated that people think you need an atmospheric mph to run a certain number.

Another guy on our local board runs 11.36@115 in a Fox body that weighs 2700+lbs and has killer suspension.
