CamaroZ282008 02-03-2007, 10:27 PM I have a picture I have done of the new Camaro with a different front end that includes a 60's front end, a 2002 35th A. Grill, along with wheels and revised production mirrors. This is my very first photoshop Hope you guys like it, please don't flame me to much on the design lol. Have a great week Camaro fans

Abidar 02-03-2007, 10:41 PM I kind-of like the upper part of the grille, but not the lower 4th gen grille. I think this would be considered waaaaay too retro for some people.
EllwynX 02-03-2007, 10:41 PM Well, I'm at least willing to tell you did a good job on your chop.
Not for me though, gimme the original.
POWERFREAK 02-03-2007, 10:51 PM can you crop out the guy and put in a Victoria's Secret model???
CamaroZ282008 02-03-2007, 11:06 PM Thanks for the comments. I can attempt the victoria secret chop
CamaroZ282008 02-04-2007, 12:27 AM Redone and added a few exotic touches ;)

96ZED28 02-04-2007, 11:30 AM Hey very nice on both fronts, first the model of course and the upper grill, alot better than your first one, more meaner and modern, good job!
Colin
CamaroZ282008 02-04-2007, 11:33 PM another new even more modern front end featuring a ambient blue lighted upper intake and stainless steel looking lower grill pieces enjoy:)

pickardracing 02-04-2007, 11:45 PM Absolutely hideous IMO
Good Ph.D 02-05-2007, 12:30 AM Hate the first one, dont mind the second two.
Why dont you put dual headlights on it like third and early fourth gen and stretch out the lower fascia and use rectangular fogs?

Thanks for the feed back. Im currently working on what you have suggested and for the time being I came up with this.
Modern with billet grill and without all the clutter-

Mr. Wolf 02-05-2007, 03:37 PM the last one almost looks pontiacish
Jared 3870 02-05-2007, 04:50 PM I like the last one. :thumb:
CamaroZ282008 02-06-2007, 03:53 AM Here's a new front end using the convertible. I used a late 70s upper grill and standard rectangular billet grill, added some tint, a nice graphic for the TV in the background, Camaro logo on the turn table and a hot girl to make the car pop even more. Enjoy  any suggestions are welcomed.

EllwynX 02-06-2007, 10:28 AM I nominate this thread for 'Ugliest Alternative Camaro Front Ends'.. LOL
Nothing against the skills involved to make the chops. Just the chops themselves.
Only image I've seen so far of any that compares to the original is the red drawing posted in various other threads.

Ok, thanks, I was wondering what that would look like, too nineties...
CamaroZ282008 02-06-2007, 05:54 PM Im sorry to any Camaro fans I offended with the last one. I personally don't like it either. Heres an attempt with far less changes. Projector headlights with smoked outside cover, black roof and matching mirrors, revised lower grill "stretched". Blue chevy symbol and some different fog lights. Enjoy :)

UGGGHHH!! Why do people think it`s cool to convert a nice coupe into a friggin STATION WAGON!?!?
(nothing against you atatude; i see it everywhere)
93Zblack 02-06-2007, 09:32 PM I kinda like that last one
bombebomb 02-07-2007, 02:49 AM the last one almost looks pontiacish Glad you agree with me.

It looks like you gave it a 70's porn star mustache! Groovy!!
saroyan689 02-07-2007, 02:09 PM I cringed when I saw the wagon- but then I took a second look....and I kind of like it. Of course I also like the dodge Magnum (PI) wagon and I think a competitive Wagonaro would be cool!
89 iroc zl1 02-08-2007, 12:07 AM the upper grill looks great but the lower is to oddball to much like the bandit t/a's from the 70's. the headlight idea is great but the square ones just dont look right maybe some of the round ones like from a fourth gen ? just a thought though
2tight 02-09-2007, 11:51 AM Man that first car is :barf:

Looks like KITT in silver.
shock6906 02-09-2007, 05:30 PM Leave photoshoppin' up to the pros until you hone your skills in a little more. All these just look waaaay too cartoonish (and ugly, sorry dude.)
DFincher 02-09-2007, 06:36 PM In the very first picture, is that a regular front end with an RS emblem in it or am I just seeing things?

I agree with you Im not a pro at photoshop yet...but im not going to shy from posting just because im not an EXPERT. The orange camaro with the
70s front end is ugly agreed. As far as the other ones go everyone has there opinion some like them some don't so what. cartoony? eliberate a little please I'd like to know what makes them look this way so I can correct the problem. The silver pointy nose one and the wagon aren't mine by the way. Thanks for the constructive criticism though much appreciated.
Mr. Wolf 02-09-2007, 09:49 PM damn that looked like the Plymith (sp) Superbird minus the wing
slayer6x6 02-15-2007, 08:06 PM Sorry man, but I'm not feelin it. :(

It's mainly just from how rough everything looks. Most of the photoshops you see are very refined and everything runs together seamlessly. Your chops just don't have that level of refinement to them. It's nothing that I could do any better, but as I said, with more practice you can sharpen your skills and turn out some better stuff.
I guess that leaves me to say one last thing; If you really want to put out the good stuff, just photoshop every picture you come across until your work looks as good as some of the board's photoshop gods.
Brangeta 02-20-2007, 03:06 PM I like the Volt headlights on it better than anything. You can take or leave the Volt front-lower fascia I added, but the headlights are a lot better looking than what is actually going into production/on the concept.

Wow, that is one heck of a photochop job there... :thumb:
However, I have to disagree about the volt headlights. At lease in that particular rendering. I like it the way it is. Maybe if the headlights were a little narrower vertically, then that would help...
Brangeta 02-20-2007, 04:19 PM I decided to make another one. This one was a bit more difficult.

That'd be sweet if it was a Chevelle, but you can't turn a Camaro into a wagon.
mcsslover1987 04-07-2007, 03:26 PM Great photoshops everyone. I like the original GM design the best. How bout the tailights?? I'm still not a fan of the half moon style. Can anyone of you photoshop the 69 Camaro tailights or the 70-73 totally round taillights?
