For everyone asking why they weren't hammering on it, it's limited to like 35-40 miles per hour as someone already said in this thread....like 3 posts up...really obviously....

Ya I can read as well, my point is,,, is there any 09 Camaro video out there that has the car doing something exciting,,,, or,,, is this the only one,,, or,,,, are all of the 09 Camaros stifled to less than 40 mph,, for a sports car that is supposed to be something awesome you would think they would throw us a video of something to write home about other than the stunning good looks.

Don't get me wrong it is nice to see the thing rolling around as to me I think it is the nicest of the three come back cars (Mustang/Challenger/Camaro)

The car isn't production ready yet, so it's kind of hard to have video of something that doesn't exist at this point.

The car IS pure badass. Even going slow it looks meaner than a junkyard dog!

Seeing that the car cost about 6 million to make they are being careful with it. It goes to lots of auto shows and they don't want some idiot wrecking it by doing donuts.

First of all...you guys REALLY REALLY need to get out of the Lounge and into the 2009 Camaro forums more often. I am moving this thread to the right one now. Please keep it in mind when posting about the upcoming Camaro.

You can't. I held the gas pedal to the floor and it would not go over 40mph.

Since the car was hand fabricated using the chassis parts of other existing vehicles, it was never intended to be driven much and was more designed to sit and be looked at. As a result, it is limited to only 40mph.
