double triple quadroople gaskets?

Im almost done my custon E cutout install. Custom in the sense that im fitting a 3.5" QTP on to my 3" cutout. I have it double gasketed right now and it just barely is hitting the pipe so moving it out just a bit more should be able to give it the clearance it needs.. So i was gonna go out and get two more gaskets and see if three or four would work. My question is is this too much? Will using 3 or 4 gaskets on my cutout cause some kind of problem?
