Wheel pollllllllllllll!!!Z284ever 01-20-2007, 10:36 PM Which wheels look cooler, the ones on the silver coupe or the orange convertible? Z284ever 01-20-2007, 10:59 PM I answered first, what do I win? lol Good luck w/ your 3rd gen search, I wouldn't mind one myself. You win a Kettle One martooni, next time I see ya. Yeah, as far a my 3rd gen search, I was just thinking.... If I drive to Detroit this summer for the 40th, there is no freakin' way I'm taking my mint, 10K mile, IROC there. The stone chips I'd get from Chicago to Detroit are bad enough. But the thought of parking it outside, at night, in a Detroit area hotel parking lot, makes my skin crawl. Anyhoo, I like the 'vert's wheels better too. I think those charcoal painted inserts look awesome. 90rocz 01-21-2007, 01:10 AM Definitely the Vert wheels! I'd like to see more wheel choices showing up from show to show too... OctaneZ28 01-21-2007, 01:53 AM The Vert wheels. They look great on the coupe! :) 82lt1ta 01-21-2007, 02:04 AM I'm partial to both of them myself.... Both sets are very good looking wheels and have their places. The vert wheels however are the nicer of the two sets i must say....:) Dave89IROC 01-21-2007, 08:23 AM You win a Kettle One martooni, next time I see ya. The coupe wheels would look alot better with the spokes hollowed out. Dave89IROC 01-21-2007, 09:28 AM I prefer the coupe wheels, but if the spokes on the vert wheels were hollowed out, they would look better Z284ever 01-21-2007, 10:00 AM if my alley was paved, I'd offer my garage Thanks man. Rampant 01-21-2007, 10:34 AM I much prefer the coupe -- they look a bit more sporty. The vert wheels are too "visually heavy" for my taste, plus a direct rip off the Mustang wheels. :nono: EllwynX 01-21-2007, 03:41 PM I voted the convertible's wheels mainly because I like the painted to match look. I hope they offer the body colormatched wheels like on the 3rd Gens. 2000GTP 01-23-2007, 04:03 PM I voted the convertible's wheels mainly because I like the painted to match look. I hope they offer the body colormatched wheels like on the 3rd Gens. I voted the vert wheels as well. I like the paint to match look. splitplug 01-23-2007, 05:37 PM I voted the coupe wheels, they have a more modern, aggressive look. Do we know if these are what the production model's wheels are going to look like? Or are these designs just for the concept. I don't want them to come out with a plain-o boring design, like the snowflakes on the 4th gen. F1GT 01-24-2007, 11:28 PM I like the Coupe's wheel's, more aggressive and when it gets spinning it will look better. The vert's wheel is too thick, if they made it thinner, maybe like the spoke thickness of the 85-87 IROCs, then it might look better. But I like the deep set lug nuts look(coupe). Hawk312 01-28-2007, 01:16 PM I think the wheels on the convertible look more likely to be a production version. 12SCNDZ 01-28-2007, 06:21 PM Should've had an "other" choice. Personally, I'd love to see some billet rally type wheels. Similar in style to what the '69 Camaros had. Make 'em big, and make 'em billet. Casull 03-21-2007, 10:07 AM http://www.seriouswheels.com/pics-2006/2006-Dodge-Charger-SRT8-Front-Wheel-1024x768.jpg is it just me.. or do they look very much alike? Sure do.... those are good looking wheels too! The wheels on the Vert remind me a lot of the wheels on the GTOs. I am a much bigger fan of the wheels on the coupe... maybe if they just fixed the backspacing on them, they could make it more "production' like. F1GT 04-02-2007, 03:39 PM Looks more similar to the 350Z's wheels than the SRT8 charger. Sorry, no pic:p Silverado C-10 04-02-2007, 03:47 PM I love 5 spoke style rims (especially the TTII's). I voted for the coupes rims, buy only because of the style, not size. Tone them baby's down to 17 or 18's with some thicker rubber, and I'll take 'em on my new camaro :D stars1010 04-02-2007, 04:43 PM What....... no one wants salad shooters again ? :D http://www.americancars-online.com/z-28%2095.jpg IXLR894Z28 04-02-2007, 05:57 PM I definately like the coupe wheels. jg95z28 04-02-2007, 06:41 PM What....... no one wants salad shooters again ? :D http://www.americancars-online.com/z-28%2095.jpg Hey!!! I love my salad shooters! :D Loony 05-13-2007, 04:16 PM I said coupe, but I'll probably be putting C6 Z06 wheels on a few months after I get my Z/28. GoFast908Z 09-17-2007, 02:39 AM I like the vert wheels, but they are total ripoffs of the mustang Chevycobb 09-17-2007, 10:28 AM I like the vert wheels, but they are total ripoffs of the mustang IMO I thought they were going for something like these http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y225/ChevyCobb/5b_1_b.jpg GoFast908Z 09-17-2007, 01:47 PM wtf? 94 Camaro Z28 09-17-2007, 08:56 PM I like the coupe wheels myself. vonmoldy 07-21-2008, 08:28 PM The coupe wheels look like cheap aftermarket tuner crap. djn 07-23-2008, 02:23 PM silver Toronto_LT1 12-30-2008, 03:52 AM vert wheels. | ||
