I'm not familar at all with that actual kit, but in general, aftermarket lower control arms and relocation brackets will help traction. However, all of the suspension mods in the world will do very little if you don't have a good pair of tires in the back to grip the pavement.

Good tires i have, Nitto NT555s. I dont really understand the point of the relocation bracket, is it to change the angle and the stiffness of the rear suspension by applying more pressure to the wheels?

They help to change the "instant center" to drive the wheels into the pavement harder.

my mom's SS had them and the previous owner took them off cuz he says they bent due to cornering habits.

Check out other places beside Summit. They don't tend to have the best selection, prices, or quality on 4th gen parts.

I agree with that, I personally would be looking at Spohn, BMR, or Umiperformance for my suspension needs.

$100 for some poly ended tubular LCAs, and $15 for a poly torque arm bushing.
will probably help your traction a noticable amount.
are you getting any wheel hop right now??

There was a thread on those LakeWood Traction-Action bars quite a while back. Those that used them said it caused their suspension to bind and the bars then failed. In principle they should work but for actual use I haven't found anyone that has good results to report. I've seen them in person and they don't look like they would stand up to anything more than stock HP levels.
