LEDGauges--very un professional

a while back, they posted about sending hid's for 200 shipped... well i was the first one to use the group buy... but about a week later i get a msg saying

"Your payment is being refunded. International shipping was not included in the $200 price. If you would like to pay the shipping thats fine but we cannot cover the shipping costs of our already discounted prices. You should have informed us of the international shipping."


so ok thats fine... i said tell me how much shipping is, or refund my money, either way no harm....

well its still not back, i have not heard from him, and this was dec 21'st....

so to me this is very rude and un-professional of them to not refund my money or ship me the items

has anyone else recieved any product from them??

i have been sending him a msg every other day....... and still nothing

i just got the hid kit from him for 200 arrived in 4 days.i had a problem with the ballast sent him a message n he responsed with 2 hrs..its fixed now but i have had no problems with them!

ya see, so he replys to you, and doesnt to me, so right now he has 200 bucks of mine, and i have nothing.......

very ignorant of him

also he is posting on ls1tech.com but wont come online here, or reply to msg's

Nathan has not paid me back either and said he would at about the same time your situation started. I am getting annoyed about the whole thing. He has not responded to any of my private messages at all and I only got some attention when I posted on a forum. I am very upset right now and feel like he ripped me off and sent me on an odyssey of broken promises.

i would go on ls1tech and confront him on there, i know he is on there all the time now... thats how i actually got a reply from him

I was told they were refunded, but they were not. Both have now been refunded. I am not out to screw anyone, I was just unaware of the refunds since I am not here as much to check my PM's. Sorry for the delay.
