Valve cover question!!

I just got these valve covers but it doesnt look like thy would work with the gasket.they fit perfect on the head and bolt up but its just the gasket issue..is thier a different gasket i could use?(the lt1 valve covers have the lip at the bottom..these dont)

they look like the Summit covers. I just tried them and they didnt fit my heads. But if they fit your heads the gasket you need is listed under the "suggested parts" tab.

thanks for the info..no thier not the summit one's but damn sure are close to it..thanks for the info ill try the different gasket which gasket should i get?

personally I like the felpro gaskets but I am sure the cheaper Mr Gasket ones will do the job.

Where did you get yours? What brand? I am still searching for a fabbed cover to fit my heads properly.

i got them off ebay for 102 shipped!ill let u know how they fit with the gasket...and yeh i had to cut the bolt stems shorter!!

They look like the same as the summit ones....no offence but probly made by the same people, made in china or something

Some one make Thick gaskets, its like 2 cork gaskets with a steel shim in the middle. don't remember who makes them but i know they are out there

Yeah I bet they are the same as the summit ones. They just dont fit my heads right. I called Summit last night and the Moroso cover that mdacton has are out of stock and they honestly dont know when they will be in. I'm searching for something else untill they are in stock. if I dont find anything else I will order them. Do yours have a rail on the bottom?
