What cable do i need?

I need to know what kind of cable I'll need to load a tune by MadZ28 from my laptop to my 1994 trans am. Please include links!

How much do these cables run? Also how exactly do I load the tune from the laptop to the car? When I buy the cable thats all I will have, the laptop and the cable. Is this all I will need? Now how do I get the email tune to my car? This is my first time even trying to do this so please include all the details so I don't fry my PCM!
