Bilstein BTS-7501 suspension package - info needed

I did a search first, cant find much info on this. I have Bilsteins on my Impala
and a LOVE them. My wifes 95 Camaro is due for an upgrade, she already has
the Hotchkis sway bar setup, the shocks are currently some older Gabriel VST
shocks that worked better then expected (but, were horrible on the Impala).

I am looking at the BTS-7501 kit, does it drop the car? How much if so? Any
body try this? The last post I found about it was in 2003. I can get the kit
from Summit for just a hair under 600 bucks. For 4 springs and 4 shocks that
sounds pretty good. Does the front assembly get shipped assembled? If so,
that will reduce my install costs, since I can swap the assembly, but I dont
have the equipment to disassemble the strut assembly. My local shop charges
twice what they did 3 years ago for this! If I can put in an assembled strut,
all I have to shell out for is an alignment.

I have it on my "94 Z. I like the ride. It only drops the car about 1-1/4" but it looks good and performace is great. The fronts do not come assembled as the upper shock mounts are not included (but I recommend them). There are people out there that will recomend something else but I am satisfied. And the price is good.

Thanks for the reply! Dang! They dont come assembled? That was the
selling point for me. If they arent assembled, I guess I will just go for the
standard Bilstein shocks, and have my local shop do them. The cost will be
less that way, and I dont get dirty. I also dont want to lower the car that
much, or at all actually. Thats good to know.
