JeffsWorld 12-15-2006, 12:21 PM I have been doing a lot of driving on I-90 (west to east) Westfield to Boston recently and have seen several new undercover State Police Cruisers. Thought I would post'em up. ...Anyone seen any others?
Ford 500 ~ red
Ford Explorer (maybe Escape?) ~ black
Ford Mustang ~ dark blue
Dodge Intrepid(s) ~ olive-ish
Ford Wagon (model?) ~ light blue
Honda (model?) ~ red
...I think I would find it difficult to pull to the side of the road for a Honda.

Yup, I saw one while sitting at the bank in the center of Hopkinton. He was stopped in traffic right next to me in my MACH 1. I rolled down the window, tapped the horn and gave him the "thumbs up" when he glanced over to see who the moron was that beeped at him :D He just drove away without even giving a nod:( Oh well, at least he realized that I was on to him
Those things look awesome I must say

Yeah, they look alot better than a standard Crown Vic! Should have asked him if he wanted to run...that might have gotten a response out of him!

Blown350ZZ4 12-21-2006, 09:48 AM I saw a Blueish Dodge Intrepid in Vermont on my way back from Killington the other day.

CamaroRacing12 12-21-2006, 10:35 PM Yes, it's called "Exhibition of speed" i can't tell you how I know;)
i remember one summer whent he new GTO first came out with 400hp i remember iw as at the beach strip and i saw some kid with one i was like "dude rev that thing!... i wanna hear all 400 horses!" not realizing there was a trooper standing right behind me, directly behind me.... lol he pulled the kid over and said nothing to me lol.... i felt bad but w/e.... the GTO sounded sweet tho :)
Joe Crehan 12-22-2006, 08:47 AM It just would have been nice to get a nod from the Trooper that's all. No biggie, I guarantee I can get their attention at any given time. I think of it as kinda like being the puppet master :D
useful_idi0t 12-27-2006, 09:05 PM just saw a dodge charge cruiser in woburn 5 days ago. thing looked mean with the crash bar on the front.
i wonder when was the last time a cop car came with a 345hp motor?
landstuhltaylor 12-27-2006, 09:40 PM MA just gets you for everything in general. to the op: that was useful, i just made that same drive. :(
Josh-'04 GTO 12-28-2006, 09:41 PM Is it just me, or does it seem like there is a ridiculous amount of cruisers out the past week or so? Between the staties and the townies, it seems like you can't drive more than 5 miles without coming across radar. It really is getting insane...

I think my WALLET is more paranoid than I am!!! :D After years of getting raped on my car insurance, it's finally reasonable for me...don't wanna go back to $3K+/year like it was 5 or 6 years ago. Took me a while to get all those tickets rotated off!!!

Just bustin' ya dude, I know exactly what you mean. After 10 long years I finally have a perfectly clean driving record. Being an @ss is very expensive:D
DarkJuggalo 01-01-2007, 08:59 PM hehe, my stupid ass went to the movie theatre a few weeks ago to meet a couple buddies and a "street racing" team was there. 2 hondas, 1 sti, and a 6 cyl stang. the mustang broke the tires loose a lil, and my stupid ass didnt see the cop standing infront of the movie theatre so i broke them loose and didnt a good 60-70 ft burn out and then left the movie theatre and got pulled over by their black trail blazer then 2 official units came lmao. they couldnt get me for wreckless driving or anything cause of it bein in a private parking lot but they gave me a ticket for loud exhaust, bald tires(slicks), and this one i dont understand! but heh my license plate lights being out? and only one of them was out so it was still illuminated lmao. i just thought it was funny how they pulled me over and took about 45 min to figure out what they could ticket me for.

"street racing team" they sound like ricers lol funny story tho
TJsrh420 01-04-2007, 08:26 AM ok so yesterday (1/04/07) there was ummm about 30 cops in Dorchester towards the hood. all up and down columbia road (if ya know where i am). i drive all day in the maro and i passed all these cops wit loud exhaust, no front license plate, no license plate light and i have a new york plate and they did nothing. i mean i pass the same one like 4 times in second gear to get a response out of him and he just drooled. but they pulled over some of the least expected people. like a lot of older people.
just thought it was weird.
Caps94ZODG 01-04-2007, 09:58 PM you have New York plates?? thats why man..
TJsrh420 01-07-2007, 08:09 PM but wouldn't that give them more reason. If they knew I was living in new york then i wouldn't/couldn't fight the ticket cause of the distance? right or am i just stupid again?
Caps94ZODG 01-08-2007, 06:59 AM This is for the most part...
They cannot enforce other states laws..you have out of state plates. Not up to them to say your to loud for your state.
Not all states have front plates. Both NY and MA do but who knows it the police are even looking at that at the time.
and if its a check like that it usually is for MA motorist.
and the last thing is I run with the cutout open..if you keep your car clean and looking nice they will not pull you over for loud exhaust IF it sounds right. If it sounds like your missing your muffler then they will pull you over.
TJsrh420 03-18-2007, 08:53 PM i was reading back and saw something about a charger in woburn. dorchester police station #13 had a black one w/o the crash bar. limo tint and one spot light(driver). it looked so mean just sitting there
ttop1986 03-18-2007, 09:31 PM I have not seen a charger in woburn yet. I dont live there, but I'm often times in woburn.

TJsrh420 03-20-2007, 12:19 PM was followed by a statey on I-195, he was driving a viper???wtf not undercover, had state police painting
that had to be sick to see. did he just go around you or just turn around?
dfa_crunch 03-20-2007, 12:59 PM i got off the highway at the next exit, i was doing about 90 before he got up behind me so i wasnt taking any chances. and yea, its cool to see stateys with performance cars, but it looks even better with the painting.
i drive to Rhode Island every day for work, if you ever drive on rt 24, through rhode island, stay at the speed limit, they have so many damn undercover cops on that highway its unbelievable
chevynutman 03-20-2007, 09:42 PM I havn't seen any wild cruisers but that never stopped them from pulling me over and cleaning out my pocket to pay those the tickets:cz28:
CamaroRacing12 03-21-2007, 12:16 AM the viper must of been amazing to see....that be cool if all cruisers were vipers lol.... raise those taxes bush!
Caps94ZODG 03-22-2007, 10:44 PM Asked to be removed by owner of the pic.
CamaroRacing12 03-23-2007, 02:53 PM thats pretty sweet
Crovax WS-6 04-07-2007, 07:44 AM saw MSP charger 498 last night on I-93 north. I think that is the sgt. from the medford barracks.
JeffsWorld 07-03-2007, 08:43 AM .... additional troopers I have recently seen:
Ford Mustang GT ~ green (westbound trapping on I90) fast!
Ford Expedition ~ dark green (westbound trapping on I90)
Dodge Charger ~ black (may have been turnpike-related?)
96redLT1Z28 07-03-2007, 02:23 PM Jeff there is a trooper living right in Westfield driving a new hemi dodge cruiser. He lives somewhere near East Mt road. Have you seen that car? It is fully marked but it does sneak up on you because it is unique.

yeah, saw him trapping in my neighborhood a few weeks back. I was talking to a Trooper over the weekend, he said they are nice/fast cars, but he doesn't think they will hold up like the Crowne Vics did.
CamaroRacing12 07-03-2007, 07:32 PM last week when i went out to westfield state college for orientation i saw that green mustang GT... he had someone pulled over....i was like whoa sweet!
