Stock Lt1 A/f Ratio?

my car with mods in sig went 13.4 across the board on my last dyno pulls making 308/331

Guys at Harris speed works told me it's a bit lean, while others tell me i could go leaner..

any opinions?

definately too lean, you want to be around 12.8 to be safe and make good power
