I think I already know the answer to this, but why can't I paste pictures from my computer into my thread?

isn't supported by the board

they have to be hosted already on the web to post them. try loading them to www.photobucket.com

then just click the little button with the "mountain" in it that is located between the title box and the body of the message box in the "reply to thread" page.

Use the UBB code for image tags:

my pics aren't posted to the web. They are all on my computer. I am working on getting my website up, but for now, I can't use that option.

It doesn't work that way, unfortunately. They have be uploaded to a web server. Your computer is not a web server, if it was you would have told us by now. :D

Again, use a site such as photobucket and upload them to there. It automatically generates code for linking and inserting images into forums. The pictures must be uploaded to the hosting site first though, otherwise you won't be able to do anything with them.

Back from the dead!

Sorry, I'm trying to figure out the posting a pic thing and I'm noobish.

Go to photobucket, find the pic you want, then copy the address into the window that appears when you push the "mountain" on the CZ28 respond page. If you want the pic in the post add [img] before and after the address.

Did I understand it right? The part I'm unsure of is the address part. I find the pic and click it until it's the only pic on the page the copy the address up top my explorer like I'd copy and paste any link?

I just copy and paste the img tag from photo bucket...it has the [img] on it and ready to go

To test it, just start a new thread or reply to one and enter the code. Then hit the PREVIEW button instead of SUBMIT.

Lmao :D

That's Fedor with an armbar on a bear. I wanted to put it in the monkeys vs humans thread.

I copied the IMG code for forums from photobucket and pasted it in the insert image here.

So what did you do different?

Sorry Jason, I was trying and getting the address string instead of an image.

I think I may have figure out the problem, somehow in the cut & paste I was getting two http:// and that was throwing it off.

Thanks for tha help guys.
