Your current ride will be 9 years old by then. Lunch Box 11-15-2006, 07:34 PM invest it for your retirement teke184 11-15-2006, 07:42 PM headers and a tune...and save the rest for some other time. SSpdDmon 11-15-2006, 08:54 PM invest it for your retirement X2 But.....if you're dead set on spending it on the car... H/C kit, headers and a tune. :) You just have to do the work yourself and get it tuned. Then, start saving for a new clutch. Greed4Speed 11-16-2006, 04:28 PM invest it for your retirement Or give it to me, I sure don't need anyone else's opinion on how to spend money. :D metallicsniper 11-16-2006, 06:34 PM believe me, i know what i want to do with my money, i just wanted to see what crazy things people said. like invest it, i never expected to hear that on a car forum. note to all, this is not all the money i have, it is like a gift to myself so i can have some sort of enjoyment instead of just working all the time. Zitty'sZ 11-16-2006, 09:31 PM I would do heads /cam , headers, used ls6 intake, and a tune and go have some fun with it.:D Capn Pete 11-17-2006, 08:27 AM Give me your address. I'll send you a self addressed, stamped envelope, to ME ... thank you have a nice day! :) CustomSSI 11-17-2006, 08:59 AM believe me, i know what i want to do with my money, i just wanted to see what crazy things people said. like invest it, i never expected to hear that on a car forum. note to all, this is not all the money i have, it is like a gift to myself so i can have some sort of enjoyment instead of just working all the time. Is the car a daily driver? If not definately first look into headers, then a cam and tune.. If you have money heads at the same time.. Cam with all parts required/recomended (oil pump, timing chain, etc) installed and tune is going to be about $2000... Throw headers in there and your looking at everything installed and ready to go for about $2600.... Then save the other $400 for something unplanned?
