Header Cleaner? Want to restore shine.

Ever since I deleted my AC, I can see more of the pass side header. It's become bland and dull. What would work good to clean it and restore the shine? Never-Dull would be good except for the tight spaces, having to buff it off.

All wheel cleaner on cold manifolds? Spray solution?
