Yeah it can !! Just take wipers off then remove push style clips and it comes off in two pieces. Very easy

It can but the paint will flake off and look like **** in a year or so. Pull it off and clean it good with wax and grease remove and then buy some plastics dye and redye it. Thats what i did.

If you just want to maintain/restore the blackness to it, use Tirefoam. It absorbs really well and should keep it looking new for at least a few weeks. Just avoid getting it on the glass because it smears and can't be cleaned off without washing the entire car... which in all honesty isn't that bad, because after the foam absorbs, it doesn't wash off the plastic much.

ditto, I tire foam mine pretty regularly. It's probably not good for it in the long run, but it looks fine in the short term.

Oh, I've been doing it for years, it definitely doesn't damage anything. The blackness only lasts a week or two, but that's pretty good for how cheap tire foam is. :)
I use it before every car show and it makes the car look a lot better. I use it on the plastics in the engine bay as well.

That's something I think i'm going to pick up. I've never actually thought about shining up the wiper bezel but now that I think of it, it would probably spruce things up quite a bit!

Buddy of mine just gave me a can of Stoner Trim Shine to try after seeing how bad mine is from sitting out in the Florida sun - too windy today, going to try it tomorrow, just sprays on according to the instructions.
