Most durable brake caliper paint...

I powder coated my brake calipers and they looked great until I used the brake cleaner on them, the paint got stick and melted off.

What kind of caliper paint is resistant to brake cleaner?

If powder coating isn't holding up I guarantee paint won't.

G2 caliper paint is by FAR the best paint I've ever used. The paint never faded/flaked/etc. after several years of use. I had to remove the paint before I powder coated the calipers and it was a real PIA...as hard to remove as powder coating. There are powders that will hold up to things like brake fluid, but it sounds like that is not what you've used. I got fluid on the G2 paint before and it didn't harm it at all. Eastwood sell the G2 caliper paint kit but there are a few places on Ebay that sell it cheaper...roughly $30+/-.

Edit - Are you planning on removing the powder coating before you apply new paint?

I've had good luck with VHT caliper paint. It's made specifically for calipers and has primer mixed in with the paint. It's stood up to ohio weather with no problems.

VHT High Temp Caliper Paint. They even make a clear coat which I used on my calipers after painting them red and adding Brent's "Camaro" decals.

Going with the POR15 high temp paint. I have used POR15 on my Jeep and that is some bad ass stuff. It is resistant to all chemicals and should not be affected by brake dust and cleaner.
