Is this shock ok to use?

have theses qa1 shocks and I noticed that one of the sides is kinda cocked a bit. Is this normal or should I send it out to get fixed? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v625/BrockBlackZ/DSC02670.jpg

Looks like just a mashed bushing to me. The mount itself still looks straight, from the pic, but if it's still under warranty and you don't need them on right away, I'd send it back just in case.
