I'm wondering if I'm going to have any problems tucking a 17x11 in the rear of my 94 Z28. The wheel has a 7 inch back spacing i think.

Go to the wheel and tire forum. The answer to your question will be found in the 4th sticky.

i second that.

This little tool HERE (http://web.camaross.com/forums/search.php) can also be very useful.

You might also want to add a sig of your cars year , engine, tranny, and majior mods. It will help us trouble shoot alot easier in the future.

I'm not a real big fan of imorts.
What is an imort anyway?

17x11 will usually rub without some modification. Its actually not the wheel that rubs. Its the 315/35 that mounts to the 17x11. Ive seen people put 285/40 on them but to me it looks too stretched.

Your best bet is to get them and mount them, drive around the block, then jack up the car and pound in all the places they rubbed.

You will most likely have to roll your inner fenders as well.

"then jack up the car and pound in all the places they rubbed.

i didn't have to do either on my 99z. just had to remove some of the bump stop so that it didn't dig into the tire when the car was jacked up.

sofar i've had no rubbing or anything.

planning a .75-1" drop soon...see what happens then
