Eibach Issues...

Does anyone else have issues with the Eibach Sportline kit?
I love my drop and the ride isn't overly horrible, and it is complete with adjustable panhard rod, lower control arm relocation brackets, and good bilstein shocks. I know they're not valved for the ride but the ride is not the issue. The issue is that my rear passenger side spring is sagging. So my tire started to rub :eek: and I had to adjust the panhard rod to compensate while I find out what will be best to replace these with.

So are these eibach kits known for this problem? I plan on getting new springs but I would like to know if this is a fluke problem before I blow money on another kit. I would also like to keep the car low (I love it low!) So I am open to new spring/shock combos. Any help is great and this would be for a non raced daily driver. thanks! :)

If you're happy with the Sportlines, why not ask them to replace the one that "sagged"?

F-body Eibiotch springs are known for this.

Plus the rear rates are the same as the pro-kit with less clearance. I'm suprised you're not riding your bump stops yet.

As far as the bumpstops. I went in to modify my LCA RLB's and noticed that the car was rding pretty dam close to the bumpstops. I had weight on the suspension, rear was on jackstands. That kind of explains the deep THUD on certain bumps....:think:....

I'll have to watch out for the sagging spring on my pro kit. Hey, atleast it isn't one of the front springs... Back's are easy to change.

The rear Eibiotches are the ones people complain about sagging.
