Okay Price??

I'm looking at buying 17 and 18 in the back C5 chrome rims and tires, but the tires only have 25% tread left on them with one with side wear. I wanted to know if $700 is a good price to pay for this set of four tires and four rims

A guy on my local board sold his C5 chrome wagon wheels with tires (about 25% tread) for $200....that could be out of the norm though. :p
