trade my 96 v6 and some crap for 96-02 z28

like the title says im just looking to trade my car for a 96-02 z28 camaro in about the same shape. my car is a 1996 3.8 v6, a4, quasar blue, manual everything, cloth interior in pretty decent shape, about 140,000 miles, oil changed every 2500 miles with penzoil 10w30 and fram filter, has no cat, 2.5 summit cutout, 40 series flowmaster catback, ls1 aluminum driveshaft, manual fan switch, 180 thermostat, and a custom intake, white face gauges, 20% tint on sides, 5% on back, kenwood headunit, all infinity reference speakers and jl audio 12wo sub with pioneer amp, body is in amazing shape in my opinion, it is washed and washed about 2 times a week, it is daily driven but most of the miles are highway heading towards school, has the average nicks on front, i will have pics up hopefully soon

-2 american racing 15x8 rims
-stock 2 piece steel driveshaft
-1996 stock z28 posi unit with about 60,000 miles
-hood lock
few other things mabye, if no trade id like to get 4500 obo to pay off some crazy debts
