Gears and speedometer calibration

Is there anything out there other than a mail order tune or a hypertech tuner that can calibrate the speedo for a gear swap in the rear? My buddy had some dallas speed calibration thing for his mustang, was wondering if there was something on the market similair for that for the f-bodys?
