What do you think I would run?

Just recently got a 468BBC that ran a 10.5@128 in a 3200lb/ car. My car is a 2450lb fiberglass 1990 Trans Am, and both of the cars were set up similar. I wanted to know if anyone had any idea as what the car might go in the 1/4? I know weight to power is a big part of racing, but I don't know how big. If you need to know anything else I'll be happy to let you know, also the car is set up for a 2 stage nitrous system and what do you think the car would have to potential to go with about a 400hp plate system? Any suggestions on brands of the plate system or set ups? I have heard great things about TNT and nitrous express. Any input would appreciated.
