Hate to ask the every day question, but i'm just wondering what everyone else would feel comfortable with in my situation. mods in sig. i have .004" piston to wall clearance and stockish ring end gaps. i filed all the rings to within stock specifications listed for lt1's. I'm probably only going to do 50-75 on the streets just to have fun, but i'm wondering if i can run 150 shots RELIABLY. i know stock will hold 250 shots, but only so many.
all shots will be done on fp safety switch and with a nitrous management unit.

stock....250.....   thats not good. you will prob be safe and reliable with a 125-150, it all depends on the tune on a stock car.
on your car seeing that you have the forge rotating assembly, you can spray 200 on your pistons safely with the proper tune and saftey precautions. but i would say 200 on your setup for sure.

Stock 250....no, maybe 150 with a good tune and such. You can spray 150 comfortably on your set-up

With a conservative tune you can run 150 all day long. I'm spraying 150+ on a 130K miler. The computer will protect you from youself, unless it's not stock.
