Basically the engine is stock with just the lt4 hot cam. I made 400/408@7psi. I wanted to know how much rwhp I should be around with the boost turned up to 8psi. LE2 heads, matching ported intake, turbo cam from Lloyd Elliott. I was talking to Lloyd and he told me around the475/500rwhp range. Go get a gallon of Toluene with every tank of gas and you'd never have to worry about it:D slomarao 09-25-2006, 10:46 PM with 9.5.1 comp it should last for a while. How many miles are on the shortblock? 475-500rwhp is a lot for the an lt1, most or some guys make it for a while with 400rwhp with a FI setup. 6psi is considered the safe limit, but it's really not. Lots Lt1's go at pressure. I would take it easy inless you want to rebuild it. As for the numbers, llyod's predictions are some of the best your going to get.
