I have been having a blast in this cool weather in Kentucky. Car feels extra torquee and fun to drive. IAT's were at 60 degrees this morning. I think on low compression motors its more noticeable that the cool weather is affecting power and torque.

Also, I took my car down the Dragons Tail at Deals Gap near Knoxville, TN in the Smokeys. There are 319 hairpin turns in about 20 miles of road. The turns are so tight even the motorcycles couldn't keep up.:D They would catch me on the straightaways though. 20,000 miles on my blown daily driver and still having a blast with it.:)

There's nothing like the feeling of droping the hammer in your F-body, and it reacts exactly how you want it to, with the end result of a smile from ear to ear on your face.

I am hoping when I get back from my deployment to the desert and get a chance to drive my Z again that I will have similar circumstances. I only got to drive it when it was around 90-100 degress. It was even tuned at over 90 degrees. I am hoping that on a cool day (50-60 degress) that it will feel like a new car such as yours did.

Thanks for what you do for your country!!! I've had my fair share of deployments in my 15 yr career as an Army Helo Pilot. Stay alert over there and avoid convoys if you can.:usa:
