Lt1 wiring help! Lt1 in 91 z28

Ok Im helping my friend wire up his lt1 he swapped into his l98 equiped 91 z28. The lt1 he has is from a 94 and came with harness and computer. It also came with the 4l60e. It didnt come with the aldl port like he requested so what wires do we need to splice the aldl wires into?

Heres what im stuck on.

On the c210 connector on the lt1 harness:

Pin D Grey. Feed from fuel pump and fuel pump relay to prime connector. What does this wire to?


On C220 connector on lt1 harness

Pin D orange/black. Spark retard request. What does this wire to?

Pin E Tan/Black. tps signal? what does this wire to?

Pin F Tan . Serial data signal. What does this wire to?

Pin J Dk Green/White. Fuel pump relay control. What wire on the fuel pump relay does this wire to?


C230 connector on lt1 harness

Pin B Brown/white. Service engine soon indicator feed. Im assuming this is the ses light. What harness and wire color is this in the 91?

Pin C white/black. Diagnostic signal request. What does this wire to?

Pin E Dk Blue . Theft Deterrent fuel enable feed. What does this wire to?

Pin F Dk Green. Ac signal request. What do you wire this to? (he wants to keep ac.

Pin G Pink. Power feed from Pcm Ignition fuse 5. What do you wire this to?

Pin H Light blue/black. Tcc switched power feed. What does this wire to?

Pin J Orange/Black. Park/ Neutral feed from transmition. What does this wire to?

Pin K Tan/black. Torque converter clutch control. What does this wire to?


C100 3rd gen bulk head

A4 Red. Power Distrubition (ignition switch). What does this wire to?

B4 Purple. Starting system (starter interlock) Is this used?

F4 Pink/black. Power distrubition (Computer comand control, Efi, Tpi) What does this wire to?


When wiring up the Aldl From a 94 So my Tuning cable will work what wires need to be spliced where?

When wiring up the Fuel pump is there only 2 wires that come off of the lt1 harness to the fuel pump relay?


Hes had this car sitting with the lt1 in it for 2 months now and we cant figure out what the wires i listed above go to. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Refer to the post in the LT1 section for the ALDL pinouts.

On the C210 connector:
Ignore the fuel pump prime connector. The grey wire is the power wire to the pump that would normally connect to the terminal behind the rear seat. You will need the grey wire to tap into your fuel pump power wire, which is the same color for your body.

On the C220 connector:
delete pin D, this is for the EBTCM
delete pin E, this is for the EBTCM
Pin F goes to the ALDL under the dash
Pin J is the actual trigger from the computer to turn on the fuel pump relay

On the C230 connector:
Pin B is the SES light, this will tap into the gauges
Pin C is part of the ALDL port
Pin E is the VATS, get rid of it
Pin F is what idles up the motor when it sees 12v. Splice into the A/C clutch switch. Also, this is what kicks on the low speed fans if they are used.
Pin G is the MAF ignition source, tap into a circuit that is hot while you are cranking (yes this makes a difference)
Pin H (trace this back to the PCM and let me know what terminal it is)
Pin J tell the computer whether the trans is in Park or Neutral. Ground this circuit. It will throw a code but you should be able to disable it with TunerCAT.
Pin K goes to the trans for the convertor lockup.

C100 connector:
PM me and I will send you the pinouts for this.

I have the pinouts for the 3rdgen c100 but cant figure out what those 3 wires go to.
