You can look on E-bay for Tech2 scan tools. Here is where I got mine. I can do all makes of OBD1 and 2 + Enhanced Parameters including my wifes 2002 Ford Explorer. Mine is one of the older models called EZLink. :) www.autoxray.com rngilliland 09-19-2006, 03:08 PM This site has good prices on scanners. I bought one of the Actron ones. They won't do everything a Tech2 will but are a lot cheaper. http://www.tradervar.com/scanner.html Matts97camaro 09-19-2006, 09:04 PM Check Ebay- I just bought a OBDll scanner for 43.00 thats shipping included. It should be delivered to the house tomorrow. Heres is some info from Ebay on the one I bought. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110033037435&ssPageName=MERC_VIC_ReBay_Pr4_PcY_BIN_IT&refitem=110033969406&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=closed_view_item&usedrule1=CategoryProximity&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget 97WS6Pilot 09-19-2006, 09:09 PM Check Ebay- I just bought a OBDll scanner for 43.00 thats shipping included. You also can't datalog with it. moparman 09-19-2006, 10:36 PM Yep, that e-bay thing is not a scan tool. Only a code reader. But, it's a reasonable price for a code reader. Injuneer 09-20-2006, 10:07 AM Suggesting that a $43 code reader is somehow equivalent to a Tech-2 is sort of a stretch. | ||
