Electrical Gremlin / abs/ air bag

I've picked up a 93 Formula and am having some electrical issues. Was wondering if someone here could give me some advice on where to start?

The problems:
1. ABS INOP light on
2. air bag light on
3. power locks lock but do not unlock on either side
4. left windows motor barely works - moves half inch then stops then will
move again after a couple minutes.
5. Passenger taillights funny - With the headlights off, the brake light is really dim. With the headlights on, when you hit the brakes, the whole tail light goes out. They have the correct 1157 bulbs. However it appears that the car is trying to light the same filament for both braking and taillights instead of using both filaments in the bulb. The drivers side lights work perfect.
6. Wiper motor- When turned on to any speed, the blades move half way up the windshield then stop and thats it. When turned off, they go back down.


I highly doubt that this many things could be wrong, It seems like there is some kind of short or bad ground. So far I have cleaned the ground on the passenger strut tower, and the two grounds that are bolted on top of the radiator support. I have also checked the ground under the drivers side dash. All fuses have been checked.

Has anyone had similiar problems and could give some suggestions on where to look?

sounds like a whole bunch of stuff to be honest.

The window motors most likely need to be replaced, they're $50 a piece for a lifetime warranty from autozone, look at shoebox's website for instructions.

abs light....check and clean the sensors on every wheel, they go bad.

go through and replace every bulb on the car, they act wierd when bulbs go out, or its possible the sockets are bad or melted, its not too uncommon.
