Good Idea?

Hey-

I have a 94 hotcammed Z28. Is basically bolt ons- exhaust etc. I put down 321 RWHP/330 RWTQ on a dynojet.

I have a 6 speed with a 4.10 gear in the rear.

I stumbled on a NOS plate setup (literally) that was on an L98 car. I was thinking of putting it on mine.

I was thinking this combination together might not be so good at the track. Traction is already a problem.

Questions:

Is anyone else running this combo?

What will it get me? I think it is a 100 shot.

Advice / suggestions / Opinions welcome.

Thanks,

Paul

I would begin to upgrade suspension parts then if you are allready having traction problems. with a 4.10 gear just make sure you are ready to hit the next couples gears quickly on spray.

Mike-

I have already done lca. lca brackets, adj torque arm, and a drag bag. I need tires - that may be the missing link.

I could just spray once into second gear and after - then I would not be adding to the traction issue...

Another idea would be a nice set of drag radials then, like the MT's or bfg's.
