cleaning black Z28 top?

i have a 94' z28, red with the standard z28 black top. whats a good way to get it to shine? i only wash it with soap, dont know if theres a polish or something for that material? thanks.

just wax it with the rest of the car

It is a painted surface, use your favorite wax or polish on it.
